The site is meant for adults. You must be 18 or over to buy from us or to join our email list.
Paid products (such as ebooks) are licensed to you for your own personal use and may not be shared, resold or redistributed. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe.
Our ebooks are digital downloads. If you live in the EU or UK, you can normally cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that right ends once the download is made available, if you asked for immediate access and accepted that you would lose the right. Our checkout asks you to confirm both, and your purchase email confirms it in writing.
Each purchase includes 5 downloads from the link in your purchase email. If you need your book again after that, email us from the address you bought with and we'll send you a fresh link.
If a file is faulty, incomplete or won't download, email us at mintflow.hq@gmail.com and we'll fix it, send you a new copy, or refund you. This doesn't affect any other rights you have as a consumer.
All content on this site is owned by Mintflow Nutrition unless stated otherwise and may not be copied or republished without permission.
The site and its free content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to exclude or limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the law of Romania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there where your local law allows it.
