Ingredients

  • 200 g firm tofu, cubed
  • 150 g shelled edamame
  • 1 tbsp low-salt soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 200 g mixed stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Pan-fry the tofu in the sesame oil until golden.
  2. Add the vegetables, edamame, and ginger and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce, toss, and serve.
