Ingredients

  • 1 can (145 g) tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can (400 g) chickpeas, drained
  • Half a red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Handful of parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the chickpeas, tuna, and onion in a bowl.
  2. Dress with the olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Fold through the parsley and serve.
