Ingredients
1 can (145 g) tuna in water, drained
1 can (400 g) chickpeas, drained
Half a red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Handful of parsley, chopped
Instructions
Combine the chickpeas, tuna, and onion in a bowl.
Dress with the olive oil and lemon juice.
Fold through the parsley and serve.
